Figure 8 Muskie Club Mission

To turn Shawano Lake into a viable Muskie Fishing lake.

To Make acquaintances with other fishermen.

We will do this through derby's, weekly fishing leagues, banquets and up-north outings.

Figure "8" Muskie Club:

You are invited to join the Titletown Muskie, Inc. members at their Wed August 11, 2010 meeting, 7 p.m. at the Green Bay Yacht Club to hear guest speaker Juris Ozols.

Juris Ozols is the assistant editor of Muskie Magazine. Juris will be giving a presentation on taking "trophy" pictures in the outdoors. His knowledge and teaching method will help to greatly improve your fishing/hunting photos. "If you've ever wondered why your pictures don't turn out as good as the ones in the magazines and on websites, worry no more. Get ready to be taking photos that are suitable for print & publishing as well as that enlargement to proudly display in your trophy room right next to the replica of that monster Musky!"

Pat, please let me know how many Figure "8" members might attend, so that I can RSVP to Titletown. I will be at the Figure "8" meeting on Tuesday and/or use my email to let me know. They would like to know prior to August 9, 2010. Thanks for sharing this information with the club.

Dear Figure 8 Musky Club:

Hello fellow fishermen. I am writing to all of you to ask for help. In 2009 a young 9 year old boy died at our local swimming pool while at an outing with his Boy Scout troop. His father wanted his memory kept alive. Therefore, Shawano Bassmasters is helping him by running a Hunter Vincent Memorial Fishing Tournament on August 8, 2010.
